Delivery Information

Delivery Estimates

  • For most metro areas in VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.

  • WA, NT, and TAS may experience slightly extended delivery times.

  • Note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Items may arrive separately depending on packaging and courier logistics.


Delays & Lost Packages

  • If your item hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 10 business days past the expected delivery date, please contact the courier and lodge a claim.

  • After lodging a claim, notify our team so we can assist you from our end.

  • If the courier confirms the item is lost, we’ll send a replacement.

  • If unavailable, we’ll offer store credit, a refund, or an exchange.


Damaged Deliveries

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days.

  • Include photos of the damage to help us process claims quickly and efficiently.


Missing Items

  • If tracking shows your item was delivered, but you haven’t received it, contact the courier immediately.

  • If you opted for package protection at checkout, we’ll send a replacement immediately.

  • Otherwise, we’ll issue store credit if a replacement isn’t available.


Rural Shipping

  • Our shipping rates apply to metro areas.

  • Additional charges may apply for rural addresses.


Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
